Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free Domestic shipping in the USA on all orders over $40 (no code needed). Any order under $40 will be $5 flat fee shipping. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on item weight/location.

Domestic shipping typically takes between 5-10 business days. Please be patient as everything is packed with care, love, & a hand written note from the founder :D

Are international shipping duties and fees included?

Unfortunately, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. You may be responsible for these fees upon arrival, we recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine if there will be additional costs!

What is your return policy?

We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

• No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

Engraved products are considered FINAL SALE.
